In evaluating key metrics, particularly the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), we analysed the results of the company's campaigns over the past nine months. Our focus was on identifying the channel with the lowest CAC and determining its effectiveness.
Fashion e-commerce brand
The primary goal of the client was to achieve revenue growth. With that, we examined the various marketing distribution channels employed by the company and recommended a strategy that emphasises doubling down on revenue-generating channels while scaling back on those that did not contribute to revenue.

When exploring a new market in Hong Kong, a travel discovery platform conducted external research and delved into internal data. Based on our findings, we proposed three strategies for short, medium, and long-term implementation.

Conducting an audit of the current marketing strategy, communication, and distribution channels for both B2B and B2C products, we provided recommendations for the next 3, 6, and 12 months.

We reviewed the existing marketing strategy of the B2C Edutech platform and offered feedback on how to enhance it.
